Wedding cake no longer has to be the traditional white cake. Chose from our chocolate, marble, carrot, spice, almond, red velvet, cherry, strawberry, raspberry. mock angel food, or rich and creamy cheesecake.

Filling Options

Add your favorite filling. Options include fresh strawberry, raspberry, lemon, chocolate fudge, or a mousse filling. Mousse filling include strawberry, raspberry, chocolate, vanilla, lemon or mango.

Different sizes and shapes available

We carry a wide variety of cake pans to create your wedding cake. Round, square, and heart shaped cakes can be baked in two, three, or four inch deep layers. Display layers can be made in five and six inch layers also.

We have many wedding cake designs you can choose from, or bring in a photo or sketch of the cake of your dreams. We specialize in creating the perfect cake for you.

Cupcakes

Cold Spring Bakery makes cupcakes in all of our cake flavors with your choice of icing. Cupcakes can also be filled with fruit or mousse fillings. Swirl the icing for a simple look or decorate the cupcakes with a monogram or flower. Fondant flowers or leaves are another option for finishing your cupcakes.

Other options

The Cold Spring Bakery can help you decorated the tables at your reception with our individual cakes and cookies. Table cakes are a beautiful addition to any table, with both form and function. We also design wedding cookie favors, a little something sweet your guest can take home.

Display Cakes

All of our designs can be done in display cakes with the top layer made with cake to save for your first anniversary. Display cakes are generally more cost effective. Choose a display cake and serve your guests from sheet cakes, table cakes or cupcakes. Display cakes allow you to decorate your cake with fresh flowers without worrying that the flowers will affect the cake that you will be serving to your guests.

Visit with our wedding consultants during our regular business hours of 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Monday through Saturday. To make an appointment call 320-685-8681 or e-mail us buy filling out the contact form below .

We can take your order any time from one year to two weeks before your event. We suggest that you order your cake two to three months before your wedding day. We do ask for a $50 non-refundable deposit when you place your order. The balance of your cake order will be due two weeks before the delivery date. This allows you to adjust the number of servings after you have received your RSVPs.

Pricing

Our prices range from $1.30 a serving to $3.20 per serving. Prices vary with size, shape, fillings, and level of artistry. We take pride in a high quality product with an unforgettable look.
